Where were your business and your life just one
year ago?

Pretty much where they are now? I have
a solution for making the NEXT 12 months better
than the LAST 12 months.

Here it is: Start Now!

Put away excuses; don’t wait until Monday or when
you have all the tools, all the knowledge to do
it perfectly. Just start. Right now. Today.

A mediocre product sold on a mediocre webpage
always outsells the perfect product that’s never
quite finished, the perfect site that’s never
quite done.

In the real world game of poker, hard work now
always beats dreams and wanna-be success.

Here are some of the things you can start today:

Start writing an eBook to sell on your website.
Today. Write the first chapter before you go to
bed tonight.

Start a Pay-Per-Click advertising campaign today.

~ Read a book to your kids today.

~ Take your wife to a movie.

~ Walk around the block.

Put the finishing touches on that software
product you have 99% done and upload it to your
site to sell.

Jump in and buy that $100 solo ad you have been
considering.

Take action. Now. Today.

If you start now you might be surprised at the
results.

Don’t be fooled by the websites that promise to bring traffic to your website for a costly fee. Gaining website traffic doesn’t have to be expensive. It may take a little time and effort, but there are many ways to increase your traffic for free.

Having fresh, relative and timely content on your site will bring in search engine traffic to your website. Make it a goal to add new articles regularly. Do some keyword research and try to figure out what your potential visitors are searching for, and use those keywords throughout your articles. Each page should have its own keywords relevant to the content on that specific page.

Adding articles to reprint directories with incoming links to your site is another way that articles can help increase traffic to your site. Other website owners and bloggers visit reprint articles in search of content for their sites, and may choose to put your articles on their sites. If they do, they will also include the links you put at the bottom of your article, which point directly to your site.

Blogs are a great way to increase traffic to your site. They allow your customers to build a relationship with you. As you post on your blog, include links to information on your website that you think your readers would find helpful or interesting. For instance, if you added a new article to your site, add a post to your blog letting your readers know the article is there, and include a link to it.

Many websites have message boards or forums that will allow you to establish online relationships. The contacts that you make online are not only potential customers; they can also bring you many referrals. Not only do forums allow you to create relationships, they allow limitless advertising opportunities in the form of your signature line. A signature line appears at the bottom of each post, and you can include links to your website in that spot.

Having a newsletter or ezine that you send to your mailing list on a weekly or monthly basis will also help you increase traffic. You can include information on any updates you have made to your site as well as links to articles and other pages your readers will find helpful.

Promoting an e-book, special report, or e-course can also bring you a steady flow of traffic. People turn to the Internet for information. By offering, and promoting, the type of information they are looking for, you are giving them a reason to visit your site.

If you have an informational or tangible product for sale, you may want to consider establishing an affiliate program. The more affiliates that you have promoting your product, the more traffic that will come to your site.

Whether you are just getting online or have been on for
a while you will hear how writing articles is a great way to get
free traffic to your site. It’s also a great way to brand yourself

Yes it is a great way to do just that. But what about the money?

How do you make money by writing articles

Sure one might say by including a resource box at the
bottom of the article that offers the reader more information
if they “click here”. This will drive traffic to a site
where you can have an opt-in box to capture the interested
readers name and email address.

You can also drive the traffic you generate with articles to
an affiliate product offer.

Two scenarios. One in my opinion is better then the other.

Which one?

Of course building a list of targeted subscribers is the
best way to go so that you can then send them offers
over and over again. Rather than build the list of the
affiliate program owner, you build your list first.

But that’s up to you. If you follow-up with the interested
prospects and start to develop a relationship with them,
they may eventually respond to your product offers and
buy your product or the product that you are an affiliate of.

The point of the continuous follow up of course is to build
trust so that the people on your list will respond to your
suggestions to purchase products.

Another simple yet effective way to profit from article
writing is using the power of Google.com

How does Google help you make money with writing articles?

Do a search at Google for your article title using quotes
around the title.
For example, type in “Why In The World Am I Writing All These Articles Anyways?”

In quotation marks.

The Results: you will see all of the websites that have syndicated
your article on their site.

Why is this important to you?

It’s basically telling you the sites that your target market visits.
If the site owner has taken the time to syndicate your article on
their website, then chances are you are selling to that same crowd.

So, what’s next?

Well, see if you can strike up some kind of Joint Venture
Deal with those site owners for one of your products.

If it’s an affiliate product you’re offering then see if
you can setup a 2 tier commission. That would mean that
you will get paid when these site owners sign up for the affiliate
program under your link and make sales from their sites.

Another way to use Google is to setup a Google Alert

Account and do the same thing.

Here’s the link www.google.com/alerts

You setup an alert for your articles title name within quotes

And anytime Google finds a reference to your article you
will get an email sent to you telling you that a reference
to your article has been made you then go check out the
site and see if the site that is carrying your article is a good
match for setting up a Joint Venture.

That’s how easy it is to make more money from your initial
effort of writing an article. Now in addition to driving traffic
and creating some brand awareness you

Have a simple yet effective method of finding potential
Joint Venture partners

Who are selling to your very same target market.

I encourage you to implement this ASAP! It’s not only FREE, it’s effective.
