You have probably heard about the benefits of outsourcing some
of your business tasks. Maybe you would like to, but you just feel
you do not have the money to hire anyone. It may seem backwards,
but paying others to handle some of your business tasks will actually
make you money in the long run.

Take a look at the number of hours you are working on your business
and figure out which tasks are actually helping you to earn money
and which tasks are taking away from the time you could be spending
on more important things.

Think about how much more money you could be earning if you
spent all of your working hours on the tasks that make you money.
The truth is you cannot afford to not start outsourcing. The following
are tips for outsourcing your tasks when you do not have a lot of
extra money to spend on hiring others.

Start outsourcing your tasks slowly. Maybe you can hire a ghostwriter
to write a couple articles for you. That may not seem like much, but
those articles can be used on your website and distributed to article
directories, which can help bring in a lot of traffic to your site.

You can hire a virtual assistant to write and distribute a press release
for you. Which, again, can help bring in a lot of traffic for you.

Another option is to barter with service providers. If you are a
ghostwriter in need of a website, ask a web designer if she will
trade her services for articles.

If you visit a service-providers’ website and you notice that they
charge $15 per hour but you can only afford to pay $10 per hour,
send them an email and let them know your situation. If they know
that you plan on being a steady client, they may be willing to offer
you a reduced rate.

You can also contact your local high school or college and offer an
internship in your business. An intern is a student who is willing to
work for free in exchange for the experience. Depending on what
the student is studying, he or she may be able to handle administrative
tasks such as answering email and returning phone calls or highly
technical tasks such as web design.

As your profits increase, you can slowly start adding to the list of
items you outsource. Even if you add one thing per month, within a
year you will have gained a lot of time and maximized your profits.

It’s goooood stuff!

Perfect for this time of year. With 2009 walking
into our lives the next couple of days and all (whether
we’re ready or not), we should be thinking about the
things covered in the video.  Which are….

Basically, what they talk about is in
order to have a successful business, or
project or product or even relationship,
you have to do a couple of very simple things.

1 – Begin with the end in mind.  Figure
out what the ultimate, end-goal of whatever
it is your working on whether it’s starting or
successfully navigating a business or looking
for your soul mate, you have to see what the
perfect end scenario would look like.

For example:  If your goal is to make $10,000
month in your Internet Business, then you need
to see what that would look like or feel like in
your mind.

2 – Develop your reason why.  Why is it so
important for you to make $10,000/month
from your Internet Business?  Is it because you
are tired of having to get up at 6:00 or 7:00 in
the morning and driving to a job you can’t stand
and do menial tasks that your boss (whom you
don’t really care for either) assigns to you?

Is it because your tired of sweating it every 1st of
the month and trying to figure out if you’re going
to be able to pay the mortgage this month?

Whatever it is….your reason why has to be so
strong that it forces you to put together a solid
plan and stick to it to make that $10,000 per month.

3 – Break it down.  Take that $10,000 per month
figure (or whatever your monthly goal is) and break
it down to how much is that on a daily basis?
Example: $10,000/30 = $333.33 per day.

But, don’t stop there.  If you’re in the info marketing
business, you need to figure out how many products
(your own or affiliate products) that you need to sell
to reach that $333.33 figure.

Example: $333.33/$27 = 12.34
or
$333.33/$97 = 3.43

So, you would have to sell 13 $27 products to meet
your goal of $10,000/month in income or 4 $97
products.  (Of course you have to subtract your
expenses from the whole equation which would
mean you would need to sell more to hit your NET
INCOME goals)

4 – Design a plan.  Figure out what needs to be
done for you to be able to make 13 sales a day
or 4 sales a day or whatever it may be to reach
your goals.  When you break it down into bite
sized chunks like that it’s not so overwhelming.

5 – Stick to your plan.  If your not making the
4 to 13 sales a day to reach your goals, then you
need to figure out where your plan is breaking
down.

Are you putting enough effective ads in Google
Adwords?  Are you blogging enough?  Are you
submitting enough articles to the article directories?

Whatever your plan was to reach your goal, you need
to make sure the plan was solid from the get go or
go back to the plan and make adjustments.  Then,
WORK THE PLAN….key word being WORK.
(gotta work on your business…no one else will.
Not even your best buddies who you drink beer
and watch football games with on Sundays…believe
it or not…..It’s up to you)

I know this sounds almost too simple to work.

But, if your not reaching your income goals with
your Internet Business, then within those 5 steps
is the reason why…..

If your not hitting your income goals, then you
gotta go back to those 5 steps and figure out
where the break down is occurring.

As a matter of fact, I was watching the video
and thinking to myself how much it reminded
me of “The Success Secrets Course”.

Alot of you reading this already have it on your
hard drive somewhere.  I would strongly suggest
that you find it and go through it.

Some of you reading this probably don’t know
what the heck I’m talking about.
